We loved our stay in the Vineyard and at the Winnetu! From the warm cookies and cider every afternoon, to the wine and cheese evenings, pool, spa, but especially the van transport into Edgartown! Walks on the beach in the early mornings. Shopping and dining in town! The accommodations were perfect for four of us. We would love to return next year!”

The host was very responsive and the setting at the Winnettu can't be beat with daily yoga, heated swimming pool(s) and spa, fabulous restaurant and setting near south beach. The townhouse had a great view and was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time time.”

My mother and aunt recently stayed at the Martha's Vineyard Townhouse at the Winnetu Oceanside Resort, and they absolutely loved every moment of their trip. The townhouse was perfect—beautifully appointed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities they needed. The THIRDHOME hosts were exceptional, ensuring my mother and aunt felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay. The Winnetu Oceanside Resort itself was fantastic, offering a range of excellent facilities and services. My mother and aunt enjoyed relaxing at the resort, taking advantage of the lovely surroundings and the convenient access to the beach. They also raved about the day trips they took, exploring the charming towns and scenic spots around Martha's Vineyard. Overall, the combination of a wonderful townhouse, excellent hosts, and a top-notch resort made this trip unforgettable for my mother and aunt. Wonderful townhouse on a wonderful island

We had a great time at this lovely townhouse. It is within the Winnetu Oceanside Resort which has nice amenities available to you. We loved the back deck and view which we enjoyed returning to after our days out exploring the island. It was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard and we loved it.! We enjoyed that it was not the busy season and we had great weather in October. Added bonus was that the neighbor Mark was super friendly and gave us great suggestions for the island. Sand, Surf, and Hydrangeas in September

This townhouse is in a quiet yet convenient part of Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful South Beach, trails, groceries, bikes, and hikes are close by. The townhome is well situated with beautiful views. Beds and bedding are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, appliances are high quality, deck out back is a treat. Children would find this place to be heaven at the beach. We traveled with 6 adults and also enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere of the resort. Having a car certainly made it more enjoyable for us to see the rest of the island, but the resort offers a shuttle to Edgartown and you can bike many places (better if its not raining). We did not have a chance to eat at The Dunes, as it was not open much of the time we were there. But there are many good food options around the island. ”

Perfect for Families

As 2 families traveling with young children (6,7,9,10), our recent stay at the Winnetu Resort in Martha's Vineyard was nothing short of perfect. The townhouse we booked provided us with a blend of comfort, convenience, and an abundance of kid-friendly amenities. The home itself comfortably fit 2 families and was well decorated and so clean. The kids LOVED the kid's club, firetruck rides, and all of the amenities the Winnetu has to offer. Don't miss the free daily cookies, they were amazing! We all enjoyed the beach that was steps away as well as watching the kids run around in the huge backyard. The shuttle to Edgartown was a huge bonus that made enjoying time in town so easy without having to struggle for parking. We also are so glad we took a car as Brian our host gave us a great list of places to check out on the island. The kids' favorites were the Skipper fishing boat and Noman's restaurant that had tons of games. Overall we could not have asked for a better week and hope we can return in the future! ”

Excellent resort, beautiful townhouse and superb location

This is a wonderful townhome in the only resort (hotel, restaurants, pools, gym etc.) on Martha's Vineyard. With a short walk down the road you are at a magnificent stretch of the Atlantic with soft sand and few people. The resort is geared to the lifestyle for which the Vineyard is so renowned. Upscale, yet comfy and family friendly. The restaurants are great and had we not brought our car we could have been very happy the whole week eating on property. The owner and the management were very attentive and quick to any provide assistance. Winnetu has shuttle service to town (every half hour at night) which is quite handy since parking is problematic in Edgartown. We did buy car ferry tickets way in advance so we were able to venture out to different parts of the island and restaurants. The house is well equipt with everything you need to cook as well as beach gear. We most definitely will return especially once our granddaughter is old enough to enjoy all the great children's amenities the resort offers. The layout of the townhouse is good for two families: a king ensuite with a spectacular view, two bedrooms that sleep three (one twin, and bunkbeds in each) and a queen on the third floor. The queen bedded room has a toilet/sink but no shower so the one hall tub/shower serves all three bedrooms (weather was still too cold to use the outdoor shower). We were only two couples so it worked out fine. There's even a sofa bed in the living room and another half bath on the first floor. June is a great time of year to come as the town was not crowded at all and though it was not swimming weather, we truly enjoyed our walks on the beach. Be sure to try the ice cream at Mad Martha's!”

Enchanting Martha’s Vineyard

We visit MV and Winnetu with our adult children in September. This was our first time visiting MV. We fell in love! First, the home was very comfortable, the owners responsive and helpful (10/10!) and the amenities perfect for a week of active family time. Second, September in MV is perfect in every way. There were no crowds. The weather was delightful and the beaches were empty. We played pickleball, tennis, cornhole and golfed. We walked on the beach, rode bikes, hiked, visited picturesque places....and ate like kings and queens! Go to this home!!! Martha’s Vineyard and Winnetu are gems! You will feel like you are at home enjoying family with a storybook life! Thanks for sharing Brian! ”

Heavenly Family Time

This is a perfect home for a multi generational trip. We enjoyed everything about this lovely property…the dunes and beach a few minutes walk, the heated pool and activity center a few minutes walk as well. We played on the beach, and in the pool, rented bikes for ice cream runs to Edgartown, and discovered wonderful squirming sea life in nearby tide pools. This was truly a trip to spend quality family time. The home is well appointed and nicely decorated and afforded privacy for each family member as well. The back deck was perfect for BBQs and star gazing . We hope to return many more times! Thank you for sharing this great property.”

The owner of this townhouse was extremely helpful regarding all questions we had related to MV since this was our first visit here! The property is exactly as described on the the TH website and it's proximity to downtown Edgartown was wonderful. Best of all, it was a very short walk to the beach. We wish the weather had been a little warmer however we still managed to see a couple beautiful beach sunsets. This is definitely worth a trip to the island to experience MV. Thanks for hosting!”

A vacation to remember

This is very comfortable (as pictured), well-located townhome near the beach in a very beautiful part of the country! We were 6 adults and fit easily into the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. The owner was readily available, even checking in with us early on to make certain we were settled in. The concierge at the resort was helpful to us with renting bicycles, making dinner reservations, and suggesting sight-seeing routes. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck and long walks on the beach. The resort is a few miles outside of town, I'm glad we rented a car to be able to explore. Truly a memorable vacation!”
