Great Stay!

Las Terrazas at Punta Mita was a beautiful place to spend spring break with family. All ages enjoyed it so much. The condo was spacious and perfect for 6. We enjoyed our welcome treats when we arrived. The housekeeper kept the condo neat and clean every day. Her breakfasts were wonderful too. The beaches at Punta de Mita are the prettiest in the area. We tried every beach club and the service was great at all of them. Walks around the property were enjoyable too. Beautiful everywhere you look. Would go back for sure! Lucy and Ben”

Beautiful Punta Mita

Very nice unit. Excellent housekeeper/chef that comes with the place. Does not have the crib it shows on the description. We paid additional for that. Although on the golf course this unit does not overlook the course. There is a road below the balcony that has a lot of heavy truck traffic during the work day. Punta Mita itself is beautiful. We would definitely go here again.”

We had a fabulous time in Punta Mita! This was our first visit to Punta Mita and we hope to return sooner than later. The condo was great and location was a plus. Oli was our in house chef each day and she was so nice and really good. The premium membership that came with the condo allowed us to enjoy all of the Beach Clubs in Punta Mita and they were fantastic. We also played both Nicklaus golf courses and they had beautiful ocean vistas and were in great condition. We would highly recommend a quick get away during the winter or a full on vacation to this beautiful tropical oasis. ”

Absolutely fabulous! The interior design, the mountain views, the Punta Mita neighborhood were all perfect! We loved exploring the various beach clubs on our golf cart and found the area to be the most lush, green, tropical area we've ever visited in Mexico! The delightful owner and her staff helped make our vacation absolutely perfect with every need fulfilled during our stay! We will be back!”

Wonderful stay in beautiful condo

We stayed at Las Terrazas P33 at the end of August and had the most wonderful vacation. Both of the concierge contacts, Betty and Joe, were very easy to work with. The housekeeper/cook, Alma, was also wonderful and made delicious margaritas and guacamole! The entire area of Punta Mita is gorgeous with so much vegetation and greenery. It's incredibly safe, too. The town is right nearby where there are some very good restaurants. We loved Si Senor, Las Margaritas, The Blue Fish, and Hector. Wanted to try Punta Mercedes and Si Sushi, but didn't get a chance. The beach clubs within Punta Mita are also great to visit. My personal favorite was Pacifico. I would absolutely love to go back. Also, the Penthouse is decorated SO wonderfully, I loved being there for the week.”

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed this wonderful condo in Punta Mita. The central location is perfect for exploring the areas beach clubs and resorts. Housekeeping and one meal a day preparation is included (we would opt for less on future visits). Kitchen has everything for meal preparation (except microwave). Concierge was very helpful for local recommendations.”

Fantastic residence within Punta Mita resort

This residence is very nice, we stayed in it for two weeks and were pleased with the spacious layout and expansive deck area which is perfect for watching the sun set. Alma, who cleaned and cooked for us every day, was fantastic and so accommodating. She made anything we requested with ease, and we often had leftovers to eat later! We didn't bring any, but if you have kids, this residence has plenty for them including a mini version of the outdoor dining table and a bunch of toys in the guest bedroom. We enjoyed access to all of the facilities within the resort - Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs were our favorites out of the beach options. The resort is secure and has pristine landscaping. We didn't golf but the course looked very nice and wasn't packed with players. For dining out, Dos Catrinas at the Four Seasons (within the resort) was delicious and outside the gates in Punta de Mita town The Blue Shrimp and Tuna Blanca were both great for seafood and Tacos y Papas has good margaritas and stuffed potatoes. Overall, this was a very relaxing stay.”

Punta Mita, fabulous vacation!

Very enjoyable week. It was the slow season, so a little hotter and more humid in Mexico during our stay -- but it also meant we had the wonderful Punta Mita facilities to ourselves. Enjoyed meeting our host, Emmanuelle, she was very kind and accommodating. The condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Hope to return!”
