The property is ideally located just 300 meters away from the base of Blackcomb so that in the winter when there is enough snow, guests can ski right up to the townhome! And there’s no need to have a car once you arrived, everything in Whistler is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Or if you don't want to walk, there’s a free shuttle right out front.

Recently renovated in June 2019 the entire unit was repainted and new living room furniture was added. All three bedrooms were also updated with a brand-new tub, showers and in-floor Nu Heat that provides radiant heat on those cold winter days.

The home has an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen consisting of comfortable furniture throughout. The living room has ample seating in front of the fireplace and television creating the perfect spot to take in the mountain views and unwind after a day full of adventure! With a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony, plenty of natural lights floods the room, brightening up the space. Curl up by the fire during the winter or utilize the balcony in the summer. The kitchen is also fully equipped for guests to cook during their stay and with a full-size dining table there’s room for everyone to enjoy their meals.

The master bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower) and has a wonderful mountain view. The second bedroom has one King-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed as well as a separate Twin-sized bed; both of these bedrooms have a shower and views of the Valley Trail and forest.

Whistler has been voted to have the number one ski hills in North America many times over the years with amazing skiing or fun hiking and mountain biking in the summer months. Everywhere in the village is walkable in under ten minutes, and the Valley Trail can be found right outside the home. Located behind Fairmont Chateau Whistler and the Four Seasons Hotel and Residence, guests can walk to Chateau Mallard Lounge within 5 minutes. During the summer months guests can also enjoy the farmers market located in front of the Fairmont Chateau every Sunday.

Two bikes are also provided for your convenience to explore the village and great outdoors. Free shuttles are also available outside to take you to Whistler or Blackcomb ski resort.

There’s a maximum of 3 parking spots, one covered garage and two with parking permits out front.

Please make sure to return parking pass and keys upon checking out. If not, there will be an additional charge of $150 for the parking pass and $50 for each key not returned.
