Martha's Vineyard is a fantastically beautiful, tranquil, and fun vacation location. Our beautiful home, on the south side of the island, in equal proximity to all towns (4-8 miles), is designed to maximize the enjoyment of the location. Look out from all rooms and the deck and balcony over the heated pool (all day sun) and hot tub, across the expansive lawn onto a small horse breeding farm (30 acres, barn and 2 ponds ...new foals most evey year) and enjoy FABULOUS SUNSETS as you relax by the pool. (Spend time with the horses/foals, as my wife Pia owns and operates the farm).
By day and night, enjoy all the Vineyard has to offer....beaches, hiking, biking (bike path around the island right across from association entry), dining, golf, fishing, restaurants, arts, antiques, sight seeing ...or ... the quiet privacy of our home and property and the surrounding 210 acre, very private association (tennis, walking trails, and kayak-launching dock in Tisbury Great Pond).
