Overall, a nice property, everything we had anticipated

The Reefs Club is a delightful place to visit. We considered it more of a boutique-style resort, which was perfect for us. The units are well-maintained, nicely appointed, and equipped with everything you need. The beach area was fantastic, which is what we enjoy most when traveling. However, note that accessing the beach requires walking down about 60 steps cut into the hillside. The pool area is nice, but as we prefer the ocean, we didn't spend much time there. If you visit Bermuda, I recommend exploring the nearby beaches as well. Horseshoe Bay Beach and the adjacent beaches, which are connected by pathways, as well as Church Bay Beach, are both beautiful and just a short 5-minute drive away. Please note that at almost all of these beaches, you need to be a strong swimmer at times. The beaches on the south side of the island can experience rough surf and rip currents depending on the weather, so be mindful of your swimming ability. The on-site restaurants are good, and we found ourselves staying on the property more than we usually do when traveling. It was easier to relax and enjoy our stay without having to venture out for dinner. There are many good restaurants around the island, and we did visit some. However, you will need to take a taxi to and from The Reefs Club, which can be more expensive than expected depending on your destination. The island is beautiful, with pleasant sights everywhere you look. It's refreshing to see that the locals take pride in their home, and it shows. They seem to love where they live and are grateful for visitors. We look forward to returning to Bermuda in the future.”

Much to reccomend

This property is on a cliff overlooking the beautiful blue ocean. We were on the first floor with a hot tub on our porch and about 100 yards from the gym and the residences pool and hot-tub and just up the stairs from the beach. Really nice.. People working at resort very friendly and helpful. All one might want but do know that this is not fancy or up to date like a 4 seasons or Rosewood property. It is a nice family resort likely built about 30 years ago. Spacious and well equipped apartment with firepits right outside overlooking the water add to the amenities as well as a nice lounge upstairs and gym and restaurants etc. all very nice.. But not high end luxury. We were very happy here”

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Bermuda. The 2 BR Residence is perfect for 2 couples, is well appointed, and very nice. As many have said, the views are spectacular!! As a first timer, Bermuda itself is a wonderful island. Very clean, and the people are as nice as could be. Lots of great restaurants and exploring to do into St. Georges, the Dockyards, and Hamilton. We also did a dive trip and a boat rental. You do have to take taxis everywhere, but they are convenient and friendly.”

Our Stay at the Reefs was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The employees there went out of their way to make our stay impeccable. Views from all of the units are outstanding and location SO convenient (steps from pool, beach, gym and spa). In my opinion, this is one of the best little beaches on Bermuda. Only slight negative was the food on property - did not match the resorts 10/10 stars in other categories. That said, there are so many great restaurants on island and all close by. I will definitely return! ”

Beautiful ocean views worth visiting, but with some caveats

The views of the ocean are beautiful, the staff is exceptionally lovely and helpful at the Reefs Club, Bermuda the island is a natural beauty with stunningly gorgeous beaches, and the people of Bermuda are very kind and friendly. For these reasons, I would gladly return to the Reefs Club - once the weather warms up and the pandemic restrictions are listed. That said, here are 2 cautions. First, the unit we stayed in has aged and feels a bit outdated and tired. Second, and more importantly, I really cannot recommend Bermuda during the pandemic. The restrictions are fairly severe, much more than what we have experienced living in the US. Among other things, you cannot leave your unit at all until you receive your first COVID test results. Then, even after that clearance, you cannot step inside a restaurant or go on tours that involve being inside until you receive the negative results of your second test which you cannot take until day 4 of your visit. So, basically, we couldn't do much other than walk outside and huddle in very cold outdoor patios for the first 5 days of our trip. Which basically meant we only had 1.5 days to enjoy Bermuda. And you have to wear color coordinated bracelets 24/7 to indicate your stage of the testing process. All felt a bit Orwellian. No knock on the Reefs Club as they have no control over what the government regulations are, but just be aware of how the lockdown will impact your visit - so long as the pandemic restrictions remains in place. ”

This place is definitely luxurious. The residence is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The staff is very friendly and they attend to your every need. The grounds include a magnificent infinity pool, and hot tub with the perfect view of the water. The beach is many steps below the beautiful cliff where you can rest on chairs under umbrellas or paddle board, kayak or snorkel. Bermuda is a gorgeous small island and feels very welcoming. Outstanding condo at an outstanding beach!!

Gorgeous!! The Reefs was a special treat. Bermuda is a stunning, manicured, unique island. Our two bedroom condo was in pristine condition. It showed that it had been renovated recently. The were two master suites and two master bathrooms. It was perfect for our two couples get away. The staff was super friendly. The food at the beach was excellent. The restaurants on the island are superb. I would recommend going to the Water Lot. We rented one of the electric tiny cars: current. It was a lot of fun for a day. Bermuda and The Reefs were fantastic. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a special beach on a fabulous island.”

Extraordinary vacation

From the time we landed at the airport in St Georges until taking off one week later, we were treated to a wonderful, pampered and relaxing vacation experience. The personable and friendly Reefs staff managed everything seamlessly from arranging the taxi from the airport to dinner reservations, to suggestions on sightseeing and other experiences in Bermuda. The condo was elegant, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. On site dining was great with a variety of venues. We were greeted and treated with the tasty and traditional rum punch swizzle. We swam, snorkeled, hiked, went sightseeing and shopping. Highlights were the Commission House National Museum and the glass works in the Dockyard, Flanagan's Irish Pub, watching sailboat races and window shopping in Hamilton, and watching the Dunking of the Wench, touring St Peter's Church (est 1609) and waterfront dining in St Georges. Can't wait to return to Bermuda!”

Can't wait to go Back !

Just got back from The Reefs and had a wonderful stay. Concierge (Andrea and others) staff is AWESOME from the "before trip" details and arranging taxis and dinners and food for the unit. TThey are top notch and also had great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The view is AMAZING and overlooks the ocean. You can snorkel right off of the beach , or relax by the infinity pool . a few Tips: you can't rent a car but the Bus system there is great. You can taxi's but it can get expensive. The Reef has 3 restaurants and all have good food. We even did the chef;'s dinner one night which again the amazing Concierge arranged and it was awesome. It was like 7 courses for $125 per person but that also included 7 wines. Food and the evening were great fun and will do that again when we go back. The only down side are some of the higher cost associated w going to Bermuda--1) Food in Bermuda is very expensive. Many people have menti.oned this and we were prepared for it--even groceries in the regular grocery stores are probable twice the cost as the states--but again you have to expect that. 2) The fees that owners have to pay are pretty steep ---$88 a day (for a 2 BR) for mandatory gratuities.is high regardless of where you are but again the concierge was awesome and that includes housekeeping and all service fees. ”

Fabulous Time!

Just had the great pleasure of staying at the Reefs Club. Our entire experience at this lovely resort/residence was absolutely outstanding! Being so warmly greeted with Rum Swizzles when we first arrived by Jennifer Dodwell Cappadona, Resort & Club Manager, and her delightful staff, made us feel so welcome, and helped us to settle in immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our fine dining experience, complete with panoramic views of the beach and ocean, at the Aqua Terra Restaurant, and our more casual experience dining steps from the beach, at Coconuts. We loved spending endless hours at the beach and pool, swimming and kayaking, all the while taking in the breathtaking views that surrounded us. Also enjoyed sipping cocktails and attending a very fun rum tasting event at the Clubhouse Bar and Lounge. The Reefs Club exceeded any and all of our expectations for views, location, accommodation, and amenities. What really made this experience stand out to us though was the incredible friendliness of the staff who really went out of their way to make our trip memorable! Great for rest and relaxation Everything you need is right here at this resort. No need to go outside of the resort. The beach is just steps away and the restaurants are all great. We enjoyed the people staying there and the courteous staff. Great fishing in Bermuda too. If you want more action, just 30 minutes away is the capital, Hamilton. The views here are beautiful. When I arrived at The Reefs through Third Home, I was stressed, frazzled and worn out. When I left Bermuda, after a week, I was refreshed, relaxed and renewed. I had such a wonderful trip I didn't want to leave. We have a new word to describe the feeling. It's Bermudaful! The weather was perfectly in the 80's, even with brief, refreshing rain showers a few times a week. The ocean views from the room, the eternity pools or on the beach were breathtaking and we never tired of looking at the seascapes and sunsets. The colors of the ocean and sky were marvelous and different each day. My favorite was the bright, beautiful, clear, aquamarine blue/green/teal ocean water colors. Opening the glass doors of our suite, or sitting on the veranda with coffee or in the hot tub, to listen to the surf was calming and serene. The cliffs to the south were especially magnificent with the crashing spray at high tide. We enjoyed swimming multiple times a day. The water was highly therapeutic and healing both physically and emotionally. We went snorkeling in 3 different locations on the island but at The Reefs was a daily delight. The hotel/condo and grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. Our rooms were easy to access, decorated lovely and spotlessly clean. The Staff at The Reefs were very pleasant & professional and attended to our every need quickly and efficiently. I liked it that they knew my name and room number from day one. One other enjoyable surprise was how friendly the other guests were with us and each other. Greetings and conversations were genuine and on a first name basis. I was impressed that many of the guests were multiple return visitors who regularly returned with friends and family. We were notified of daily and weekly activities at the resort or around town. Very helpful in planning excursions and outings. The food was delicious, from the ample breakfast buffet, poolside lunch menu, afternoon teatime to the incredible dinners on the beach or in the 3 restaurants. We loved all the wonderful meals, fresh local, flavorful seafood and have a new favorite Bermudan drink, Dark and Stormy, yum. I highly recommend Third Home and The a Reefs in beautiful Bermuda! Gorgeous Villa! Wonderful Quaint Resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reefs Club Residence! You will not be disappointed with these accommodations. The villa is so beautiful. The views are phenomenal. Continuous sliding glass doors are along the whole back wall of the villa. It brings the outside in. And the bathrooms in this place might be the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen. I loved the layout and the spaciious shower and the decor. Its all top notch. Hurricane Karl was threatening to ruin our trip, but he did not! We had plenty of great weather and saw some extra large waves that week. We definitely want to go back! WE are very thankful we got to experience Bermuda by staying at the Reefs Club! Dreams of Bermuda Waters

The Reefs more than lived up to its billing as one of the top properties in Bermuda. The 2 bedroom condominium is perched on a bluff overlooking the waters of Bermuda which are a color blue I will see in my dreams. Staff was amazing, seamlessly helping with requests for cabs, golf and meals. Beautiful infinity pool and beach. We used the well-appointed kitchen for all our breakfasts and many lunches. ”

This place is fantastic. I plan on going back at least two times a year. Very easy to get to and they do an unbelievable job at the resort. I would recommend this vacation to anyone. Very clean, people were great. I have not one negative thing to say about the entire week. other then Marcus Restaurant service was the worst. Everything else was great. ”

Gorgeous Views!

The staff, room and entire property was great! I did, however, have a bad ankle, so it was not easy getting down all the steps to the beautiful beach. The Spa was amazing too! We really enjoyed our room on the first floor, which is actually DOWN on the elevator from the lobby - but our patio area was right near the pool and the outdoor fire pit - great gathering areas. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time!! ”

We truly enjoyed our stay in Bermuda. The beaches and the water were just gorgeous. We really liked our two bedroom condo. Also very easy to access the resort. The Reefs Club

This was our 6th trip to Bermuda and our 4th stay at The Reefs but our first to, The Reefs Club. This club is really just over the top. Positioned on the cliff with an incredible, unbelievable panoramic view of the Ocean. Everything was spectacular. The residence, the views, the amenities, the food, the staff and service was just perfect. My husband and I are swimmers and we swam at The Reefs gem of a beach everyday. The snorkeling was incredible. What a spot! We loved everything. It felt like a dream we cant wait to return next year. ”

Hurricane no problem!

Arrived on a Saturday and Sunday night had a tropical storm with wind gusts of 120 mph and by Monday afternoon we were on the beach at the Reefs. We did not realize there was much of a storm but much of Bermuda lost power but NOT the Reefs. That Friday category 4 hurricane Gonzalo hit with 140 mph winds. We needed to gather for a free delightful buffet dinner and free Hurricane drinks at the bar. The Reefs kept wifi and power through out and the pool was open on Friday. Hurricane no problem!”

The Club side condo at the The Reefs is absolutely gorgeous. It is well appointed with a great modern décor - quality throughout. The view is spectacular and the resort is the best Bermuda has to offer. You will tour all the famous beaches like Elbow and Horseshoe and then find yourself back at the Reefs wondering why you ever left. ”

Great Resort has everything!

You won't be disappointed. The accommodations were great. The unit even has a hot tub on the lanai. Great views of the ocean and reefs. The infinity edge pool was great with the bar close by. The beach was a few steps below and has very nice loungers with umbrellas, towels, beach services with drinks and food brought right to your chair. Snorkel gear, sea kayaks, and paddle boards are provided also. The three restaurants were awesome too. We even ate on the beach one night!”

Bermuda Reefs Club

This was my 2nd visit to the Reefs Club within the last two years. The first time we stayed with another family in a large 3 bedroom. This time we had a spacious 2 bedroom. Same expansive ocean view that you would need to see to believe. Pretty sure every unit overlooks the ocean. The staff from the turndown service to the desk personnel are exceptionally helpful and friendly. When I arrived it was very late, the kitchen had been closed for hours but they found the manger and he came out to the front desk and quickly put together a great dinner for me that exceeded my expectations. I was tired and hungry and they solved the problem. The Reefs has a beautiful private beach and the Reefs Club has its own infinity pool looking over the ocean, so take your pick, pool or pond (ocean) or both. One night we opened the glass doors turning the dining room and living room into a large balcony overlooking the ocean and stayed in for dinner with an ocean breeze and sound of the surf. Incredible Full Service Bermuda Vacation Destination

You are immediately impressed when you arrive at your comfortable and modern residence with all the amenities and a floor to ceiling slide away window with full view of the ocean. The concierge looks out for you - even before you arrive - fulfilling your grocery list, arranging airport pickup, and providing advice on how to spend your time on the island. A private pool just for club owners, with food service and a bar, creates a quiet and friendly atmosphere for meeting other members and relaxing. A beautiful beach, a gym and 3 restaurants are also all right there for you. The Reefs Club Bermuda is fantastic.”

The view was amazing and the condo was upscale, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
