March 2024Emerald Breeze
Location was great. Problem was the house needs some updates, in my opinion. Think the biggest problem was the cleanliness of the home. My particular bedroom on the 3rd floor had an odor in the sheets / bedspread. We sprayed the room , but for the week the bedspread continued to have a particular odor? The small front yard also was very un kept. Not a big deal , but when you walked up it gave the appearance of a less than a polished presentation. Guess i have been spoiled at my previous homes I have stayed in , but this home could be a lot better. You asked for my humble opinion, and know I’m not trying to create an issue. ”
