The St. Moritz Cozy Lodge is a completely newly renovated apartment that was converted into a stylish and luxurious lodge using old wood. Situated next to the famous Badrutt’s Palace Hotel and the Confiserie Hanselmann, one of the most iconic cafés of the town, this luxurious 540 square feet (50m2) lodge is a harmonic vision that tunes with the surrounding environment that was furnished with exclusive materials by a renowned interior designer.
The unique charm of the property, designed in the style of an exclusive alpine hut with a bench and cozy furs under a romantic antique interior window, is the impeccable design that combines the simplicity of the traditional mountain-lodge style, with first-class essentials, such as a balcony that offers a wonderful view over the lake St. Moritz and the mountains.
The family-friendly lodge has a combination of very cozy living room with queen sleeper sofa, and features a spacious dining table as well as a fireplace with Optiflame technology to create the perfect relaxed mood inside the mountain lodge. The modern leather sofa can be converted not only into a large double bed, but also into a lounge area with a large flat screen TV. Open the mysterious antique door and appreciate specialty wines and spirits with the chic house bar.
The lodge is also equipped with innovative technologies and features a lift in the building. The high-standard equipment of the open plan kitchen will make this small lodge a true luxury experience, while the guests will be utterly excited at the prospect of staying in the cozy wood bunk beds that boasts two wood bunk beds. Just step outside the lodge for direct access to the heart of St. Moritz, the birthplace of winter tourism in the Alps and has hosted two Winter Olympics. St. Moritz Ski Resort is ideal for the families which want to enjoy the snow and 220 miles (350 km) of skiing slopes and various free-ride possibilities are waiting for you.
As well as boasting truly fantastic skiing and snowboarding opportunities, the town itself has a range of attractions beyond the slopes that make it a great destination for cultural tourism all year round. While in winter the iconic breathtaking lake is an arena for horse-racing, polo or cricket matches, in summer the rowers, sailing boats, fishermen and stand-up paddlers take over.
