The Beachfront Flats are absolutely gorgeous!! So well-appointed, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you could ever need and beds are super comfy! The area is stunning! Beachclub Vera Neo is so beautiful, overlooking the ocean from the perfectly situated infinity pool Great food at the restaurant too! Staff and owner, Aaron, were very helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing getaway!”

Fantastic location with incredible beach access

We enjoyed our time at The Beachfront Flats. The service was very good, the restaurant was delicious, and staff was very friendly. We loved how private the pool and the beach front spaces were and loved this untouched stretch of beach on the sea of Cortez. Lots of great gems to explore in the area. We also loved being close to Flora Farms and Arce resorts for an added dining experience. Thank you for having us! ”

The most stunning and comfortable Cabo stay ever!

Beachfront Flats was dream like. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of. The condo was stunning and had everything anyone would want for a week long stay. The views, pool, gym and beach front access were divine. I felt like I won the lottery getting to stay there. And we will be back! As soon as we can! ”

Beautiful and intimate

We had a blissful, relaxing stay at The Flats. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and right on top of the ocean. The only thing that surpasses the accommodations is the staff. With only 10 rooms, the staff is attentive, knows the name of every guest. and they make you feel completely at home. Great on site restaurant/bar, pool service, and expansive gym. It’s not for the party crowd and it is where Cabo ends and the East Cape begins, so you can go one direction and take walks along mikes of deserted beaches that take you back to a Cabo before all the development. Lastly, do not miss the sunsets from the rooftop. We cannot recommend The Flats enough. ”

My wife booked a stay for us at Beachfront Flats and we loved it! Everything from our welcome when we arrived until our departure was wonderful...other than actually having to leave. It was great being close enough to the ocean to be able to hear the waves breaking on the beach. Ana and Lorena took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed; they helped make our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you need. It is a small complex with only 10 units, so it's easy to meet other guests. ”

The Cabo Flats place is top-of-the-line!

The Cabo Flats place is top-of-the-line. The manager Prem Punjabi was awesome! The concierge Susana Boza was super helpful in setting up rental car for our use. Francis assisted us with obtaining the perfect cabana by the pool for our use each day during our stay. The location is somewhat remote, which made it special and relaxing! We had wonderful walks along the beach and even saw a giant sea turtle come to shore to lay eggs. We enjoyed seating on the balcony watching manta rays jumping. The furnishings and décor were high-end and luxurious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make full meals. I can send photos of the entire place. I took a lot of them. ”
