Come stay at our amazing, gated lakefront compound! This richly-appointed waterfront property is designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment and is the end-all and be-all in private getaway activities. You'll appreciate our many enticing amenities like the boat dock, hot tub, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, hammock, birdcage swings, halfcourt basketball, pool basketball, canoe, kayaks, cornhole, ring and hook game plus more.

Enjoy three separate living spaces all in one luxurious compound; Ellie's House is the main house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, spectacular fireplaces, and gorgeous lake views. Then there is the Tree House, which is an efficiency unit with another queen bedroom and bathroom.

Also, available for additional rent, The Lakeside Hideaway full apartment boasts another sleeping area with full size double bunk w/ twin above, elegant bathroom, full kitchen, and living area with large new sectional sofa with two electric recliners.

The views are gorgeous, and the property is gated, so you have total privacy. Watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset on the lake while having coffee or a cool afternoon drink from the kitchen bar or sitting by the pool. It is truly a hidden oasis of a home that we would love to share with you and your small groups.

This home's entire property has its own private single slip dock with a deck upstairs for great lake viewing or sunbathing. The dock water depth depends on seasons and lake level. Check Lake Lanier lake levels before you bring your boats. Jet skis, pontoons, and boats with a depth of six feet you can side-tie to the dock. (Only ONE boat parking space available for side tie to dock and maximum of 23' in length).

Please be careful and act responsibly on our dock. Diving or jumping off the dock is forbidden due to water depth. We recommend water shoes if walking in the water due to potential debris. The dock is slippery when wet.
Two kayaks and one canoe are available. We will also offer wakeboard access with a driver if you prefer. Release of Liability will be required as well as your proof of active medical insurance.

Public Boat Rentals are available at multiple different public marinas within close range of this property to rent a watercraft. Public Boat Ramps are available nearby if you bring your own watercraft.

There is no shortage of things to do and fun to be had by all. Come experience a little bit of paradise on Lake Lanier, GA!

***IMPORTANT NOTES:

As a guest, you will have access and privacy of the two separate living spaces, (a third full apartment is also available on property for additional cost).

Please do not move furniture around as it scratches our beautiful floors. Housekeeping is physically unable to move its furniture back and may result in a surcharge. Please pick up after yourself and do not leave the house a mess. Remove all opened food and rubbage to outside trash bins to avoid surcharge from housekeeping.

Any additional guests visiting the property must be made known to the property manager at the time of booking. Maximum of 8 guests (11 if the hideaway apt is reserved) at the property at any one time. No parties, no smoking, and no pets are allowed.

Any events or special occasions that result in additional guests to the original booking guests must be planned in advance, and fees are required on a case by case basis from the property manager at the time of booking or prior to their stay.

NO parking in the garage; Guest parking is provided in the driveway. Only 4 vehicles max allowed to park on premises—NO on-street parking.

Absolutely NO Jumping off of the dock. The water is shallow, and we are not responsible for any injuries from jumping off of the dock.

DOCK ACCESS — There have been known to have record rainfalls in the Lake Lanier area lately. This could result in limited access to the dock, as the pathway to the dock may be submerged in water at times. You may still access the dock, but please do so at your own risk as we are not responsible for any injuries that occur. We do not offer any refunds for this as we cannot control mother nature.

DOCK WATER DEPTH - Due to fluctuating rainfalls throughout the year, we can only estimate water depths near our dock for guests to park their boats. They are NOT guarantees. Guests may park their boats at their own risk. We are not responsible for any damages that occur to boats that attempt to park at the dock, nor will we provide any type of refunds if a guest is not able to park their boat at the dock due to changes in water level.

ACTS OF GOD: In the event there is any type of storms or issues out of our control and you are already at the property, we cannot offer refunds or additional dates. However, we will do everything possible to make your stay fun and memorable. If you reservation date has not yet arrived and you choose not to come due to the storms / acts of God, we will be glad to reschedule your date to attend at another time.

SECURITY CAMERA — This property is under surveillance of exterior security cameras; the main purpose being for the protection and security of its occupants. The owners reserve the right to access past video footage regarding incidents that may have violated the policies of the property.
