From the inside out, Kona House of Palms is paradise at its finest. You'll find well-appointed comfort spread throughout all 1600 square feet of living space. The big screen TV in the living room is perfect for watching a movie or your favorite series at the end of the day, streamed over high-speed Internet from Amazon, Hulu, or Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, gadgets, cookware, and much more, whether you choose to simply enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Kona coffee before starting your adventures or prepare a full meal. There is also a grill and lots of outdoor furniture if you choose to cook and eat while enjoying the beautiful backyard. Together with a beautiful private pool and waterfall, plus a hot tub, the backyard will be your personal oasis.

There's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and sleep soundly. The primary room features a king bed, the two guest rooms have queen beds, and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is well stocked with luxury linens and ample towels, and there are also two Pack' n Plays and a stroller. We also provide all the necessities for fun like beach chairs, pool toys, ice-chests, and coolers.

From the house, take a quick five-minute walk down a private path to Ali'i Drive, which makes for an easy walk or bike ride to Magic Sands Beach Park and Kailua Village (within a two-mile radius). Kailua Village offers many shopping, dining, and waterfront entertainment options, and there are several fantastic beaches all around to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Lastly, be sure to make the 15-minute drive to Kona Joe Coffee to tour their award-winning coffee farm!
