Spectacular Sunsets!

Spectacular sunsets and beautiful ocean views from this home. This home is located in a nice older gated community. You do need a car to get everyplace it is not walking distance to activities or eating out. The back yard overlooks the ocean and there is a nice pool with an outside bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. This home needs some maintenance, When you flush several of the toilets they make a loud squeaking explosion,, so flushing the toilets at night was not possible, without waking up the whole house. Jesse the guest team specialist took the list and said he would get these items fixed when he didn’t have move in and move outs on the same day. There is a $799. Concierge fee, but there is no concierge services, so this fee should not be charged. They do have instacart in the area so you can get groceries delivered, there is also a nice shopping center a few miles away. We enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful sunsets from this beautiful home.”

Amazing stay!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location is fantastic. We had 8 of us stay and there was plenty of room. The common areas are gorgeous and the flow out to the pool feels like you’re at a resort . Kitchen is huge and stocked well. You’re only a couple miles from everything. Great place and communication with property manager.”

The house was beautiful! it could use a few extra throw blankets and the pool was a little rough on the bottom. However, there was a lot of extra items that were in the home that we didn't necessarily need to buy like aloe and dish soap so that was a wonderful touch.. Overall it was beautiful and a solid 4.5 out of 5 ”

Beautiful Setting, Comfortable Home...

We enjoyed our week at this Equity Residence Property. The view is as beautiful as pictured. The home, part of the private Equity Residences collection, is well appointed, comfortably furnished and well equipped. We woke up each morning to an awesome view of the ocean. Our bathroom was amply supplied with towels and bath products. There were many thoughtful touches provided -- paper and cleaning products, beach towels and chairs, coolers and sun protection products. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and lazy days lounging in and around the pool. The kitchen is well stocked allowing you to enjoy meals at home. A nice outdoor grilling area exists and the lanai offers both shade and comfortable furniture. Our rating reflects a need for a few enhancements that would elevate this residence to feel more like a "third" home and less like a rental investment residence. These include furnishings to facilitate outdoor use of lanai areas including dining furniture and more landscaping, Special thanks to Blake, from the local property management firm and David from Kona Concierge. This home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. You can access everything on the Big Island from here. Great amenities and a beautiful sunset view every night. We found great local tour guides-Konaadventuretours and Paradisesailing. Perfect week in a perfect location.”
