It is located in Kahakai Heights, in Kailua Kona in the Big Island of Hawaii on Hualalai's south western coast. The residence is in an exclusive location. It is located approximately 25 minutes from Kona International Airport (KOA).

This single family * model green home * , sits on a single level, with amazing lush green lawns and tropical plants that accentuate this heavenly abode. The resort style backyard with the sound of the waterfall falling over black rocks into a deep blue tiled pool (runs morning and evening) brings out the true Aloha spirit for those choosing to make it their home away from home.

Fall asleep to the sound of palm trees rustling and wake up to the birds chirping right outside your window. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gadgets, All-Clad cookware and much more, whether you choose to simply enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Kona coffee before starting your adventures or prepare a full meal for your family or friends . There is also a Weber propane grill and lots of outdoor furniture if you choose to cook and eat while enjoying the beautiful backyard.

Many windows in the house bring in cool Hawaiian breeze, and there is central air-conditioning for warmer days or humid nights.

1 King bed in the master suite, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 King bed in the 3rd bedroom. Well stocked with luxury linens and ample towels along with fun stuff like beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys, ice-chests coolers. The 3 acre park down the street is great open space if you choose to play ball or Frisbee.

The flat Samsung 65 inch Smart LED TV in the living room and two additional TV’s in the master and the 3rd bedroom are perfect for streaming your favorite shows when unwinding after a long day of outing - Netflix (provided) with 1 Gig Mbps high speed fiber internet.

The Property Manager, who lives off site, is just a phone call away to take care of all your needs. A private executive chef can also be arranged for an additional cost to be worked out with the chef (typically per person for a multi-course meal).

Swim in the private pool at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. Small children need to be supervised on the property at all times.
