The fully furnished kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops with backsplash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cookware/utensils, and an eat-in peninsula for four.

The house is located in a pristine location, walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, a coffee shop, and more. Directly in front of the house is a five-mile strand/path that is great for walking, running, biking, and rollerblading. House comes with a wagon to take your items to the beach, plus a beach umbrella and four beach chairs.

AREA: The Crystal Beach area is located just a few blocks from the popular Destin Commons shopping center. It is bordered on one side by Henderson State Park and on the other side by the Destiny neighborhoods. Many consider it to be the vacation destination of choice in Destin. It is a family-friendly, upscale area within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants, a coffee shop, a deli, and a spa.

ACTIVITIES: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping, including the largest designer outlet center in the country. There is also a large playground for children two blocks away that is open to the public.
