Gorgeous artworks line the walls and shelves, providing plenty of things to marvel at. Each room offers modern and contemporary designs yet is entirely comfortable to relax and feel at home within.

The kitchen is gourmet and well equipped to provide you and your family with all the essentials to create a delectable meal. With plenty of great cookbooks and natural light flowing into the space, you are sure to want to spend some time in the heart of every home. Serve your meal at the large wood eight-person table under the unique candle-light fixture.

The living room has plenty of plush seating to grab a book and read or enjoy your favorite movie on the big screen television. The gas fireplace offers pleasant heat for those chilly nights.

Open the doors to the back patio, and you will be delighted by the incredible and luscious garden. There is a gas grill, dining table, and lounge seating to enjoy meals and company al fresco. Step down into the fresh green grass where you can enjoy a quick workout, yoga, or meditation amongst the greenery. The peaceful ambiance allows you to spend as much time outside as possible.

Make your way back inside to check out the three bedrooms, each with an en suite. The master suite is generously sized with beautiful wood floors, lounge seating, a television, and a California King bed with an adjustable Tempur Pedic frame. Plenty of natural light flows into the space from the panoramic windows that have filtered bay and San Francisco views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed.

Berkeley is home to so many wonderful things; you are sure to stay busy exploring during your stay. With its prime location, you are only a five-minute drive to UC Berkeley, the botanical gardens, and just ten minutes to the Berkeley Marina, where you can breathe in the fresh air that floats off the Pacific. There are several restaurants, shopping, and a yacht club in the marina area, along with walking and bicycle paths.

*Please note: For those with allergies, this home has cats in and around the property. The owner kindly requests that guests care for the cats during their stay or allow access for caretakers to check on them twice a day during guest reservations.
