Family Paradise

Our stay at this WaterColor two-story home was perfect for three families! The upstairs has two king master bedrooms with en suites and two kids’ rooms—one with bunk beds, another with twin beds and trundles. The main floor’s queen bedroom was great for my mother-in-law. The house came stocked with beach gear, baby monitors, 2 pack-and-plays, and tons of toys and books, which the kids loved. We paid for the wristbands for the pools—there are like 6 or something but Beach Club and Camp WaterColor with slides and lazy river were biggest hits! Wristbands are an absolute must. Seaside’s charming town was a short drive, as were Rosemary and Alys Beach. We rented a pricey golf cart from Electric Cart Company (the only option allowed), which was fun, but the free trolley was super easy too. It operated like Uber. Highly recommend this family-friendly paradise for a memorable beach vacation!. ”

Wonderful girls trip!

We had a fabulous time for a girls trip of 8. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood with fairly easy access to a beach club. Great little towns to walk around in and do some shopping, eating and drinking! The owner was very accessible and informative. We did arrange for a chef to come to the house to make dinner one night, and it was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend a stay at the Swizzle Inn!”

We loved The Swizzle Inn! Our family stayed there during spring break. Great location that's a quick bike ride from the beach and close to the Camp (which I highly recommend if you have young children). We loved going to the beach club as well. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay there again. 30A is a special spot.”

Watercolor 30a home - large modern cottage

Set in a planned cottage-like neighborhood which is a short bike or car ride to the beach, community pools, and Seaside fl. This house has plenty of beds and TVs and is very thoughtfully equipped with a ton of items for small kids. We certainly enjoyed the assortment of bikes the owners let us borrow. Great beach town vibe in the Florida panhandle. Wonderful beach sand and water. I personally, would avoid doing the club membership in the winter if I did it again as it was a little to cold even for the heated pools (I think 8 different pools?) and the very large beach facilities. The membership is not equipped with things like a workout facility. However, in my opinion in the summer, it is certainly a must. Communication from the owner was seemless and the house was clean and properly described. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with our family.”

The PERFECT Watercolor Home!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Swizzle Inn. On arrival, the house was meticulously clean, everything was in it's place, and it had plenty of room for all of our guests. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The Watercolor beach club is a MUST for all those who stay here. It's a gorgeous pool & has great beach access, and awesome cocktails / food. Having bikes is a huge plus & we really enjoyed cruising around the local towns down 30-A. 11/10 and we can't wait to return!”

This is a beautiful property! very clean and very turnkey. the available bikes allow one to rarely use the car and make for a fun, chill little jaunt down to the beach and beach club.
