Located on the banks of Fox Lake, this charming family home has everything you may need to make lasting memories with your loved ones. When you aren't spending time on the lake, enjoying the sun, or exploring the area, you will adore all the time spent within the 4400 square feet of spacious and comfortable living.

As you walk into the home, you will first be impressed by the many lake views and elegant upgrades throughout. The family room is large, with a cozy sectional, a large natural stone fireplace, and flat-screen television. Additional space behind the couch has a large professional-grade putting green with club and balls. An ideal office space lies beyond the family room along with the closed-off 40-foot sunporch so you can separate the kids and adults if you so desire. In the sunporch area is a 65 in TV w/ surround sound, three-station Pacific universal weight system, Lifestepper, and tread mill along with various barbells and tension bands. A circular game table is at the end by the patio door that leads to a fourth patio on the north side of the house. The second-story master suite is closed off and may be opened on occasion for additional keys.

Make your way into the gourmet kitchen, and you will be impressed by the custom wood cabinets, counter space, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen boasts everything you may need to create the perfect meal for your family. Sit at the counter seats, dining room table, or outside where you can feast next to the gorgeous water on three patios.

There is a game room with a pool table, foosball, and a flash bowling machine with CD player includind CD's. The entertainment space is complete with a home theater with a 135-inch screen and comfy leather recliner seating. Please don't turn on the gas fireplace unless it is below freezing outside as it will heat up the wine room behind it.

When you are ready to retire for the night, all three bedrooms provide a warm and welcoming place to rest your head with lake views.
