Welcome to Solana Beach!

Upon arrival, you might want to grab your towels and head straight to the ocean for swimming, surfing, whale-watching, or tanning under the unbeatable southern California sun.

The home is exceptional, with a bright open concept living area and top-notch amenities that will have you feeling at home in no time. Swim laps in the community pool or play a quick round of tennis before energizing on the balcony after a nice shower in one of the two beautiful bathrooms.

The main living area has a plush sectional, flat-screen television, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony where you can relax with your morning coffee and a good book. The spacious kitchen has been renovated to perfection with dark cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and elegant countertops. Break bread with your loved ones at the large dining table with six seats.

When ready to retire for the night, head to one of the two peaceful bedrooms. The first offers a king-size bed, television, a small sleeper sofa, access to the balcony, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and balcony access.

When you want to venture into the city, Solana Beach is just 25 minutes from San Diego, where you can explore the coastal town and all it has to offer, including fine dining, theme parks, museums, zoos, and more!

If you want to stay close by, Solana Beach has plenty of family-friendly beaches and a street known locally as "The Avenue with Everything" when you want to shop or dine just minutes from home.
