This modern 3-bedroom getaway has everything: Two large balconies, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym, air conditioning, solar underfloor heating, elevator, and a washer and dryer. We are across the street from the marina, 5 min walk to grocery stores, and an easy walk to the historic town center.

Whip up a feast in the modern kitchen when you aren’t dining at the fantastic local seafood hot spots. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Bosch appliances, including a full-sized induction cooktop and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything needed to cook full meals and dishes for 12, and the open plan kitchen-dining-living space leads out onto the first large terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 and additional sleeping space for 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room (upon request). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined into a king. The third bedroom is designed as a multi-purpose room. It has a very comfortable daybed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, but also can serve as a private office, and provides additional floor space for yoga, board games, children's floor play, etc. A second guest bathroom has a shower. All bedrooms have doors to the extra-large terrace with a hammock overlooking the pools.

The owner had made extra effort to ensure families have a comfortable stay. Child-friendly dishes, books, toys, and pool toys have been thoughtfully selected and provided.

The location of this condo is fantastic. It is in close proximity and a flat, easy walk to anything you would want. Historic old town and the marina (5-7 minutes), Meia Praia Beach (10-12 minutes), farmers market (5 minutes), three supermarkets (5 minutes), dozens of restaurants and bars (1-7 minutes), bus station (5 minutes), and train station (10 minutes). An easy 1hr drive from Faro (FAO), 2.5hr drive from Lisbon (LIS) and 3hr drive from Seville (SVQ).
