Introducing our Serene Vacation Retreat – Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac atop a ridge with panoramic sea vistas in the Turtle Tail enclave on the quiet south side of Providenciales, this contemporary, newly constructed villa offers a tranquil escape with captivating views of the clear turquoise Caicos banks.
Villa Blue Vista presents an exclusive 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom sanctuary where every room boasts mesmerizing ocean panoramas. Encompassing over 10,000 square feet of total living space, the property comprises a central 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom main residence featuring soaring 14 ½-foot ceilings, a splendidly expansive glass wall that seamlessly connects the living area to the ocean, and a gourmet kitchen. Downstairs, a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house with its own entrance provides a master suite, an additional bedroom, and shared spaces including a luxury living room, dining area, and kitchen – all showcasing breathtaking ocean views. Both the main house and the guest house embrace modern open layouts adorned with chic interior and exterior design elements and furnishings.
A sprawling 2,600-square-foot pool deck, shaded by the villa's expansive cantilevered roof, beckons outdoor entertainment. Here, a generous infinity-edge heated pool with a shallow area (4.5 feet deep at its maximum) creates a family-friendly oasis. Fully furnished for ultimate relaxation and al fresco dining, this expansive outdoor haven is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, built-in gas grill, beverage center, and ambient outdoor surround sound system.
From both the main house and guest house, descend a staircase to access a newly build private 200-foot oceanfront walkway that seamlessly blends into a pristine beachfront. Framed by a thoughtfully constructed seawall that also serves as a fishing pier, the shoreline offers the ideal space for sunbathing, sand play, or casting a line into the turquoise waters. The calm, shallow Caicos banks just offshore create a kiteboarder’s paradise—step right out from the villa and catch the breeze with spectacular open-water runs. The walkway is also lined with a cabana, daybed, outdoor shower, and a kayak shack equipped with four kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards for your enjoyment. During low tide, the distant islets appear almost within reach, with water depths remaining gentle and inviting—around 4 feet at low tide and 6 feet at high tide.
While the villa enjoys direct beachfront access, guests can also enjoy a spacious shared sandy shoreline just a short two-minute stroll up Bristol Hill Drive, accessible via a serene native brush-lined pathway. This private beach is exclusive to a small collection of neighboring villas, offering ample space to swim, sunbathe, or gather with your group.

Exhibiting all the quintessential features of a flawless Caribbean destination and more, Providenciales, affectionately known as Provo, attracts urban jet-setters and discerning travelers alike. Its allure lies in its powdery white sands, azure waters, a spectrum of water sports, vibrant marine life, and a burgeoning gourmet scene - a true haven for relaxation and indulgence.
The Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) constitute a British Overseas Territory encompassing the larger Caicos Islands and the smaller Turks Islands. Renowned for tourism and as an offshore financial center, the islands are inhabited by approximately 49,000 residents, with around 33,000 dwelling on Providenciales in the Caicos archipelago.
Providenciales, colloquially called Provo, is the principal island in the northwest Caicos group, forming part of the Turks and Caicos Islands. With a land area of 38 square miles, Providenciales is the most populous and third-largest island in terms of size, serving as the focal point of the Turks and Caicos population. Providenciales International Airport provides connectivity to the island. Grace Bay, located in Providenciales, consistently ranks among the world's top beach destinations, as attested by TripAdvisor and other accolades.
Geographically positioned southeast of the Bahamas, northwest of Puerto Rico, and north of Hispaniola, around 620 miles from Miami, the Turks and Caicos Islands encompass eight main islands and over 299 smaller islets. Spanning 238 square miles, the land predominantly consists of low, flat limestone terrain, complemented by extensive marshes, mangrove swamps, and 128 square miles of pristine coastline. Freshwater resources are limited, with rainwater collected in private cisterns for drinking, supplemented by desalinated seawater for public use. The primary natural resources are spiny lobster, conch, and other shellfish.
Climate-wise, the Turks and Caicos Islands revel in a sunny marine tropical climate characterized by relative dryness. With consistent temperatures year-round, the islands bask in sunshine for about 350 days annually. In winter, temperatures average in the low 70s°F at night and low 80s°F during the day. Summertime brings daytime highs in the mid to upper 80s°F and nighttime lows in the mid to upper 70s°F.
