Your abode encompasses two cottages within a single expanse. The entirety of this haven is yours to savor. Five bedrooms grace these structures—a trio in a two-story cottage, and an additional two within a single-level dwelling. Two kitchens and four full bathrooms ensure convenience, while five distinct garden areas present outdoor dining, firepits, and even outdoor showers, among other delights. This layout is tailor-made for multiple families or a grand family escapade. Secluded corners await your retreat, while capacious indoor and outdoor gathering spaces accommodate the entire entourage.

THE STEEP RAVINE (three bedrooms, sleeps 6)

Step through the enchanting front garden into a spacious living room adorned with an astonishingly plush and roomy sectional couch and a sizable smart TV. Adjacent to this space lies a spanking new kitchen featuring stone countertops, a dishwasher, and a disposal. Connected to the living room is an inviting dining room, accompanied by a full bath endowed with a shower. All bathrooms boast heated tile floors—a luxurious touch. Ascend to the upper level to discover another full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, as well as three bedrooms. The master, Bedroom 1, affords a king bed and a picturesque ocean view. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each host two twin beds that can seamlessly join to form kings. A noteworthy aspect is that the third bedroom (two twins or king) is accessible solely through the second bedroom (two twins or king), which should be considered for privacy. Bedroom 2 features a petite built-in sleeping nook, perfectly suited for a not-so-tall child.

THE DOUBLE DIPSEA (two bedrooms, sleeps 4)

Upon entering The Double Dipsea, you'll step into a generous great room outfitted with an exceedingly comfortable and expansive sectional couch, as well as a sizable dining table. Vintage lockers house beach towels, blankets, and supplementary provisions. Adjoining the living space is a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring stone countertops and a dishwasher. At the opposing end of the great room resides a bedroom housing a queen bed—replete with an organic latex mattress and down bedding—and a petite full bathroom boasting heated floors. Proceeding through the kitchen leads to a capacious private garden enclosed by fencing, adorned with sun-drenched fruit trees and ideal for both lounging and stargazing. A brand new hot tub, outdoor shower, and an additional fire pit enhance this garden haven. The second bedroom is a haven of privacy and tranquility, with its very own garden boasting chaise lounges and yet another outdoor shower. This room features a smart TV, clawfoot tub, and an extra day bed for one. Laundry facilities are also provided within this unit.
