Bliss Resort
The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1000-square-foot condo features an upstairs bedroom designed as a loft. The space boasts a deck with a hot tub that offers scenic views of the valley. A gas grill is conveniently located on the deck for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The bathroom has undergone a complete renovation, now equipped with a steam shower and a heated floor for added comfort. The kitchen includes a dining bar and features newer appliances. The living area is enhanced by a gas fireplace with a remote control, which provides warmth through a furnace heating system (no central air). For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guests to use.
Guests can expect the hot tub to be maintained at a comfortable temperature of around 104 degrees Fahrenheit. There's a reminder to close the hot tub cover after use. Periodic cleaning of the hot tub is performed by a service, typically on Wednesdays between 10 AM and 2 PM. It's important to grant them access, as this helps keep the hot tub clean and prevents snow and ice buildup. The owner will attempt to send a text notification when the service is on the way but may not always be able to do so.
During cooler months, guests have the option to use the heated floor in the bathroom, but it's requested to turn it off before leaving. Additionally, there is access to a community pool and hot tub with a changing access code, which is posted on the fridge. The pool and hot tub are available seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, between 10 AM and 9 PM.
Guests can connect to the WiFi network using the Frontier 4410 account with the provided password. Instructions are given for handling dirty sheets, running the dishwasher, disposing of trash, and managing open containers in the refrigerator. There is also Netflix and Pandora programming on the smart TV, along with a selection of movies and games for guests to enjoy.
Access to the condo involves descending 13 stairs and then proceeding along a straight walkway. It's important to be cautious, especially in winter months when the stairs may be challenging due to snow and ice. The condo is located in the top left unit of the second set of condos, providing a private atmosphere. Motion lights are available, with the switch located behind the stove and additional lights along the walkway. An umbrella and extra propane tank can be found in the outside closet on the deck.
For dealing with inclement weather, the owner has provided a snow shovel and ice melt near the front door. While the weather in Tahoe can be unpredictable, there is a service in place to clean the stairs and deck. Shoe grips for added traction are available in the hallway.
Lastly, the owner requests understanding regarding last-minute refund or rescheduling requests due to weather conditions, as they are still responsible for cleaning services and may not be able to rebook the condo on short notice. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Please note: Shared outdoor pool - available seasonally, open specific hours
