The built-in bar with granite and a pellet ice maker, as well as the coffee and wine bar with a wine cooler, cater to your entertaining needs. A dining table for eight and a living room with a double stone fireplace, connecting seamlessly to the kitchen, offer wall-to-wall windows with mesmerizing views of the long mountain ranges. Additionally, there's a card table and an extra dining table for six.

The main floor also houses a lavish master bedroom with a king-sized bed and double doors that open onto a covered porch. The master bath features a spacious wrap-around shower and a soaking tub. There's a cozy small twin bedroom (without a closet), an office with a queen pullout couch, and a full bath with a tile walk-in shower. Don't forget to explore the hidden children's playroom tucked away under the staircase.

Second Level:
Upstairs, you'll discover a bonus room with a large flatscreen smart TV, a queen pullout couch, and built-in bunk beds. Two queen bedrooms and two full baths provide comfortable accommodation for your guests. An additional bunk room in the hallway adds extra flexibility.

Step outside onto the large covered porch, complete with a built-in gas grill, a natural stone fireplace with a gas starter, and an outdoor 50-inch smart TV. A dining table that seats eight and a Green Egg grill make it the perfect spot for al fresco dining.

The property is part of a gated community and boasts a backyard that overlooks three stocked trout ponds with direct views of Sugar Mountain and Diamond Creek.
