Quelques irritants

La localisation est top et l appartement est bien rénové. Cependant, nous avons quelques petits détails qui ont bien gâché notre séjour : - L appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donc pas de lumière (la photo n est pas la réalité) nous ne pouvons pas vivre sans éclairage même en pleine journée). - La ruelle n est pas très passante, mais c est un refuge de marginaux qui urinent sur les fenêtres et font beaucoup de bruits. Des passages d engin de nettoyage la nuit également et enfin une poubelle extérieure juste devant l appartement provoque beaucoup de bruits. - Les deux chambres à l étage sont effectivement très petites, l appartement est donc préconisé pour 2 personnes et il n y a pas de machine à laver le linge il faut aller à la laverie. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux de la part de ThirdHome, l appartement s apparente plus à un airbnb. ”

Cool Malaga City Apartment

Convienent, in the city walls close to an exit to outside walls. very comfortable, sleeping accomodations for more than one couple down with two baths down works well. upstairs through a winding stair case and clipped ceilings a bit unusual. Great for one couple, a little less so for more people. House manager made check in and briefing a snap.”

Wonderful right in the middle of the Malaga Old Town

Just like the photos - this is a cool little place with plenty of space and great storage right in the heart of Malaga Old Town. Only downside was the noise at night and it was really bad. It felt like the drunks camped outside our place were actually inside and we had no windows open. And it is very dark. I think some changes to lighting would be very beneficial. But in saying that the communication was excellent as was the air con and internet. The place was 10/10 for location which we loved. ”

Stay in Malaga's Old City

Firstly, I'd like to preface my review with I'm happy I did the exchange. The owner did state their could be an issue with noise.....for us that was often an understatement. It will seem that the people talking in the narrow passage by the first floor windows are seemingly in your room sometimes. The windows unfortunately don't block the sounds especially the 1-2AM rubbish truck and the revelers that might be out til 4AM. I used my business class ear plugs and we also took the upstairs pillows to cover our ears. Staying up late until very tired also helped. The beautiful photographs are misleading as you won't be opening the curtains very often. They're very long and you will lose privacy. The upstairs bedrooms with the low ceiling heights are only good for children or possibly for some frugal friends. I am so thankful none of my invited guests could join us. I'm should they would have stayed in a hotel instead. If you are just one couple or with your kids it can work and save you money. I prefer a living room so I would accept the noise over paying for a hotel room. My partner would have preferred a hotel. You can find reasonable parking about four blocks away which we made work. The manager was very helpful and took care of the few issues we had. The location is very good and close to everything.”

Luxury apartment in a great central location.

This apartment is finished to a very high standard and is a credit to it's owners. Location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to all the restaurants in the evenings. ”

Nice stay

Beautiful location but no light in the house, including no light at all in the living area. Curtains should be automated. Upper bedrooms height is very low, you cannot stand if you are above 180 cm tall. Should not be indicated as full bedrooms... Otherwise luxury sofas and furniture. No noise at all despite central location thanks to good windows.”

Great locataion

We enjoyed our stay in Malaga. The location was perfect for walking all around the city. The bed was comfortable and lots of clothes storage space and the air conditioning worked flawlessly (thankfully)! The livingroom was comfortable and the kitchen offered what we needed. The street noise (mostly during the day) was very audible. Both the owner and the caretaker were very responsive to our questions.”
