You can expect to spend a significant amount of time on the water this week. Affectionately referred to as TERRA with a Splash, this week includes fun activities BOTH in the sea and on land, such as boating excursions, beach hikes, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, fishing, and more!

The water activities couldn't be closer. As Mimosa House boarders the seafront, guests are only steps away from the greatest swimming pool in the world – a quiet, sandy Caribbean beach awaits at the edge of the garden. Right in the bay, guests have spotted sea turtle, octopuses, and sea horses! The spectacular snorkeling spots in front of Mimosa House are awe inspiring and the waters around Bequia are renowned for incredible SCUBA diving.

Plus, an exciting highlight of this brand new, enhanced itinerary are the included excursions and activities with the TradeWinds crew aboard two fantastic boats: you'll enjoy both thrilling day sails on a catamaran yacht and exciting adventures and our top-notch RHIB boat for fun island hopping!

Sailing enthusiasts can look forward to a day of fun crossing over to the main island of St Vincent, circumnavigating around Bequia, and venture to mesmerizing snorkeling spots and the best viewpoints of the island. The boating excursions offer fishing opportunities that will certainly keep your talented Mimosa House chef busy preparing your catches!

For land activities, explore the island with hikes from Mimosa House along the Belmont Walkway to the postcard-perfect Princess Margaret Beach and continue onto Lower Bay. We can also visit local museums and monuments to learn all about the rich maritime history in Bequia.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, the spacious Mimosa House has 5 unique suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioning, each masterfully designed for comfort and serenity. This waterfront property is a natural delight, screened by lush mature gardens and the islands most majestic palm trees. Meander around to find quiet places and shaded areas to peacefully relax.

Designed in traditional Caribbean Colonial style, this private estate is a blend of exquisite international detailing, with Spanish influences in the stucco, brick, stonework, and archways. The buildings are constructed from local stone and Greenheart wood; the original wooden Cottage being brought to its current location on the back of an ox-cart.

**When you reserve this one week, you will pay the designated ThirdHome exchange fee as well as all-inclusive fees to TradeWinds which includes taxes, food, alcohol, gas, captain, crew and all other provisions and expenses included for the voyage other than gratuities.

There is no minimum on the number of passengers but a minimum of 6 all-inclusive fees (10 guests maximum) are required to make the reservation. This fee will be paid to TradeWinds no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

All-inclusive fees are US$2,385 per person up to the end of Oct. 2026.

Rates for the November 1, 2026-October 31, 2027, season have not been established and will be announced at a later date.

-Cancellation 120 days or more prior to departure date - we refund less a cancellation fee of US$500.
-Cancellation between 90 and 120 days prior to departure date - we refund less a cancellation fee of 50%
-Cancellation within 90 days of departure - no refund is given

Terra experienceat Mimosa House

It was an awesome place. the staff was amazing and very considerate of meeting our needs. The chef was great at accomodating everyone's tastes and preferences. The captain took us to wonderful places so we could enjoy snorkeling to its fullest. Definitely a place to visit ”
