June 2025Wonderful Home, A Perfect Stay in Northern England
Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this converted church located in Lowick, England. The house was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a converted church so we enjoyed the care that had been taken to make it an interesting and charming home. The housekeeper met us and was very kind and knowledgeable. The local village was charming and welcoming, we enjoyed the Village Store with its homemade meat pies and scones, we ate fish and chips and drank pints at the pub down the street and we attended the Village Fete. The house was within driving distance to Holy Island and several other notable historic sites, and we drove to Edinburgh and to Berwick Upon Tweed for touring. Wonderful stay, highly recommended. ”
