July 2024The perfect mountain retreat
Our large family could not have been happier with our stay at Basecamp. The house far exceeded our expectations - the photos don't do it justice! Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful to suggest family friendly activities. The house was in pristine condition, well stocked throughout the two kitchens and bedrooms, with charming reflections of the host family throughout its four levels. Don't let the term basecamp fool you - without question, it means mountain luxury! Also, while we knew nothin g about Sandpoint or Schweitzer, the town and mountain were exactly what we had hoped for for a beautiful late summer retreat. We fully enjoyed all that the mountain had to offer as well as the town and lake down below, a short drive away.”

August 2024Perfect Family Time
We totally enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well equipped with everything you need to make big family dinners. Beautiful views of the ski runs. We were there in the summer, but I can only imagine how wonderful it is in the winter.”
