Due to allergies in owner's family, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please be respectful of this. There are many wonderful pet friendly rentals on Oak Island!

Minimum age 25 for primary renter who must remain onsite throughout duration of booking.
As is common in this location, wildlife and insects of various types surround our property. If doors are left open, these may enter the home. Guests are advised not to leave doors open other than for entering and exiting the home. Pest control is utilized quarterly and on as-needed basis at this property.
Failure to comply with house rules will result in immediate removal from property.
Cameras with audio and video function are located on exterior of home for security purposes. They are not continuously monitored, but may be utilized to ensure house rules are followed.
