The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four elegantly appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its 150m² of living space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as in 3 of the 4 bedrooms which also can heat in the winter together with an open fireplace.

The villa’s prime location makes exploring the region effortless. Beyond Costa Rei’s renowned beach, numerous spectacular coastal stretches await discovery by car. The nearby town centre offers a vibrant selection of restaurants, shops, and a weekly market featuring Sardinian delicacies, organic produce, and artisanal crafts.

Villa Bua promises a harmonious blend of sophisticated comfort and authentic Mediterranean charm, ideal for creating lasting memories with loved ones.

During the winter months, Costa Rei transforms into a quiet and peaceful place. With temperatures around 15°C, it is perfect for long, relaxing walks on the beach. A few local restaurants remain open, offering a taste of the area’s charm. The house is heated with an open fireplace, warming AC as well as space heaters.Additional weeks can be requested for the months November to March.
