Located just 1.50 hours from Mexico City (transfer from airport to ranch available at request), and surrounded by famous rural countryside, El Tepozan provides a perfect year a round destination with an array of activities for both the adventuresome and those who seek to bask in the magnificence of this palace.

This state of the art country house, midway between Mexico City and Queretaro, is situated near Tepeji del Río. This property is decorated with French country antiques, splendid white wooden floors.

The "Tepozan" has a main house and 2 beautiful Villas, in more than 40 private acres. There is a heated pool to assure year-round comfort and an exterior hot tub. There are also lovely open spaces and enormous porches. The accommodations include luxurious bedding, feather beds and down duvets.



One of the highlights of El Tepozan is our friendly and experienced staff of 6. The team, lead by our stableman includes a cook, housekeeping staff, gardener, laundress. Our stables are home to our bread horses. Each member of our Staff is genuinely dedicated to making every 3RD HOME guest have a unique and memorable experience. 


The Tepozan offers outdoor activities and contact with rural life for children and adults in a safe and comfortable environment. We have a wonderful team of people throughout your stay to assist you at all times. Drinking water comes from our own well at 200 mt deep.

The village of Canalejas is at 1 Km where you will find all the supplies and services. Jilotepec typical Mexican village is 3km also with all services.

Our staff performs all necessary purchases according to their requests, "Clemecia" our cook assists in everything related to food and serves food.

You can visit nearby places as Tepeji del Rio (00:20), Tequisquiapan (1:45), or Queretaro (2:00), but the fun is in place gathering family or friends surrounded by a unique atmosphere.

We offer the following optional packages for exchange guests:
$80 US per person per day, 3 meals, grocery included, all nonalcoholic beverage and daily housekeeping and cook. (2) alcoholic beverage can be purchases for you .
