The ground floor is designed for easygoing coastal living, with an open-plan lounge and dining area that flows seamlessly to a wide veranda and a screened outdoor dining space. Overlooking towering palms and landscaped gardens, this relaxed setting becomes a favourite spot for slow breakfasts, quiet afternoons with a book, or evening meals prepared on the gas BBQ. Indoors, the fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and complete cookware and crockery—making meals feel effortless and unhurried.

Upstairs, three restful bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat after long days on the sand. The main bedroom features a new king-size bed and its own ensuite, offering extra privacy and comfort.

A second bedroom includes two king-size singles, ideal for taller guests and thoughtfully designed for flexibility, as they can be joined to create a king bed. The third bedroom offers two single beds, also able to be pushed together, making the layout well suited to both families and friends traveling together. Each bedroom is fitted with its own reverse-cycle air conditioner, ensuring year-round comfort. The main bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, while a ground-floor powder room adds everyday convenience.

Surrounded by rainforest vistas and just a short stroll from the iconic Blueys Beach, the home offers the best of both worlds, tranquil seclusion with quick access to the region’s most beloved beaches, including Boomerang and Elizabeth Beach. With undercover parking, laundry facilities, and thoughtful comforts throughout, this free-standing home captures the easy charm of a true coastal getaway.

At the front of the house is a spare power point to conveniently charge an electic vehicle.

The tennis court is located at the retreat. The nearest public golf course is 9 holes at Sandbar, a 10 minute drive. The Forster Tuncurry golf club is open to the public and there are 18 holes at Forster, a 20 minute drive, and an 18 hole championship course at Tuncurry, a 30 minute drive.

• Cow stone – A striking natural rock formation at Blueys Beach, ideal for a leisurely stroll and photo opportunities.
• Whoota Whoota lookout – Located in Wallingat National Park, this lookout offers panoramic views over the lakes and coastline. A great spot for a picnic or simply soaking in the scenery.
• Elizabeth Beach & Boomerang Beach – Calm waters at Elizabeth Beach make it perfect for swimming, while Boomerang Beach is great for a walk along the sand as is Blueys Beach. All 3 are great for surfing. Shelly Beach (clothing optional) is a beautiful spot just a 10 - 15 minute walk from Elizabeth Beach.
• Seal Rocks Lighthouse – A short drive away, this historic lighthouse offers sweeping ocean views and a chance to spot dolphins or whales. On the way is beautiful Celito Beach.
