Amazing Views, Lots of Space & Great Location + Plus Wonderful Staff

The villa was perfect for a guys fishing trip (and certainly would be for a fmaily and/or big group vacation). All of the bedrooms are very roomy with views and terraces. The view from the house, its many terraces and pool is spectacular. The house is very roomy and well appointed but the outdoor spaces make it a very special villa. Its location in the gated luxury neighborhood of Pedregal is great to get to downtown Cabo San Lucas and provides a serene backdrop but close to many amenities. Lastly and a highlight for us was Yvone and the staff. They shopped for us, prepared breakfast each day and several dinners (including our caught fish) and made us feel at home and provided wonderful hospitality making this vacation easy, relaxing and luxurious. This was my first Third Home stay and will be hard to beat!”

Spectacular Views from Every Window!

We were pleased to be able to enjoy the location, views & amenities of this home in Pedregal. The setting is spectacular in every way, we were even able to see the whales daily from our pool deck as they passed by in the ocean below the house! Sunrises were exceptional and the nightly fireworks on the beach in front of the home meant we ended each day with what seemed to be a private fireworks show of our own. Ivonne, the chef & house manager was a delight and prepared wonderful meals with special touches that ensured we were well cared for during our five days in Cabo. The owner, Carlos was always prompt and thorough in his correspondence. Highly recommend this Third Home property! ”

Casa Miramar is a beautiful home with a spectacular location in Pedregal overlooking Land’s End and the Pacific Ocean. The pool and landscaping is beautiful and Ivonne took great care of us, preparing delicious meals throughout the week. The owner could not have been more accommodating. I would love to visit again! The View!

We had a great time at Villa Miramar! The view was AMAZING and the home was very comfortable for our family of 5. Alejandra and Ivonne took amazing care of us, cooked great meals, arranged for taxis, did grocery shopping and made our trip seamless. Rosy had great recommendations for us and Carlos was very responsive and so kind. We have been to Cabo many times and I would rate this experience as one of the best. ”

Breathtaking setting

Our sty at Casa Miramar was wonderful. The home is on a magnificent bluff overlooking the sea. The home came with a chef , Yvonne, who was a wonderful cook and housekeeper. We were spoiled with all the attention. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a special place to relax and rejuvenate. The owner Carlos was very responsive to any questions we had and provided excellent service with his property manager Maquielle. We would love to come back!”

Amazing views / wonderful staff / would love to stay here again!

This place was fantastic. We had two couples staying here, but could easily have 4 couples at this place. The layout is really nice. The staff consisted of Miguel who is caretaker / Maintenance man. He was always available to help with any issue. And Ivonne is the Chef / Housekeeper. Both were included in the stay for FREE!. What a nice perk!! Ivonne is an incredible cook. We loved every meal she made for us. She did all the shopping for us and then only charged us $10 per person for each meal plus cost of the groceries. But, the amazing thing was that here food prep and secret recipes were unbelievable. Some of the best mexican food we have ever tasted. I can not recommend this place enough. The Villa is at the top of the hill in Pedregal which gives you amazing views of the the Pacific Ocean and a peek a boo view of the harbor. We could see cruise ships in Medano Bay. We really hope the Owner puts another week in Thirdhome.com so that we can reserve it. ”

We've been coming to Los Cabos area since 1976, and Casa Miramar is the best place we've stayed. The view is amazing, the location is unbeatable, the home and pool are superb, and the staff was great. Our week with 3 couples was great. Would give it 6 stars if I could.”
